Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy sets out the cancellation, refund and exchange terms for Edrak Space's services and workshops.

1. Full refund

Participants are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if the booking is cancelled 72 hours or more before the workshop start time.

2. Credit / transfer option

If a participant cancels during the period between 72 hours and 24 hours before the workshop starts, no cash refund is made, but the amount may be used as credit to attend a future workshop or event within 6 months.

3. No refund or credit

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the workshop time are not eligible for a refund or for credit.

4. How to request a cancellation or refund

Cancellation, refund or transfer requests are submitted through the official contact channels listed on the Contact Us page.

5. Refund processing time

In cases eligible for a cash refund, the amount is returned via the same original payment method within 7-10 business days.
