Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains the mechanism and the period for delivering the digital services provided by Edrak Space.

1. Nature of the service

All of our services are digital educational services (webinars, workshops and programs) and are delivered online through video conferencing platforms.

2. Registration confirmation

After registration is completed, a confirmation message carrying the participation details is sent through the available channels (WhatsApp or email).

3. Delivery of attendance details

The session attendance details or the join link are sent sufficiently in advance of the time of the registered service.

4. Services that depend on payment review

In cases that require uploading proof of payment, activation begins after the support team reviews the proof, within one business day.

5. Time zone

All times announced on the website are in Cairo time (Africa/Cairo).
